script does what it says. you can select the quality and it shows a direct link to the video, which you can right-click and save or drag to your preferred download manager, or view in your browser with a plugin.
there are some minor quibbles:
- title of the video not set as the filename when saving (always "videoplayback" or "video.flv" by default)
- 360P/480P MP4 actually saves to FLV container, not MPEG-4
- sometimes the download link doesn't work, but usually a reload of the page will fix it.
overall, i'd recommend using it.

Simple and gets the job done.
It doesn't automatically rename the file when you download though..
