Just wanted to say that I am also experiencing the script stuck error message when I go to Gmail in Firefox. It does not matter if you even have Greasemonkey installed or not it seems to be something wrong between Gmail and Firefox. I used a completely new install and immediately ran into problems on my version of Firefox I had turned off all scripts and eventually turned off GM as well and while it slowed this from happening so much it did not eliminate it. Hey Dot, Great job not only did you fix the problem that I was having with this not working with my FF 3 beta 3 but you added a really great Preferences changer to the mix as well. Or at least previously I did not see that to be there. I am blogging about your great script on my tech blog today. Hope it brings a few additional folks along to take a look at all your hard work. Keep it up. http://www.tech-weekly.com/2008/02/web-minute-m... Jim Murphy |

Mine worked great wit Firefox 3 beta 2 & 3 till today. When I update to the most current revision from this page it scrambles the top line of words. Where I had both "Chat" and "Calendar" in bold black letters that would allow me to open either inframe so to speak to the right of my gmail now I only have the choice to open "Chat" on the side. It was very handy to use the "Calendar" button so along with Remember the milk because I could open my calendar while reading an email and add a RTM reminder task right to my calendar. Here is a link to a screen pic of what I am seeing. http://pics.tech-weekly.s3.amazonaws.com/gmaila... Please help I would love to have the version back that I had less than a week ago it worked great. Thank you, Jim Murphy |
