Could someone make a script that converts image links into pictures only on index of pages?

Back when I was using opera there was a userjs that I used that allowed the styling of the tooltips.

The creator did make a greasemonkey version but it no longer works.

I would love it if someone here could update the script so that it works.

I guess this will be easy to do but I'm looking to write a small script for myself that stops certain sites opening links in new windows/tabs but I have absolutely no idea how to go about it.

Someone care to point me in the right direction?

I don't know how many people here use neowin but I get really annoyed when viewing posts and somebody quotes a post which has lots of images in it without removing said images.

The idea I had was for a script that would change the images into links to the images inside quotes.

I really like one feature that stylish has which is that you can right click and search userstyles.org for the website you are viewing.

I'm assuming it would be possible to add something maybe when you hover over the bottom right of the page that would allow you to search this site for scripts that work on that page.
