fantastic! i was hoping for the day when a mass filter for okrut and/or scrap would finally take hold. looking forward to it being activated later today.

user karma is a good idea, though i wonder if you could include a weighted system so that certain keywords (for instance, scrap all) are automatically given -X and would resist simple attempts a rigging the system. or instead of keywords, maybe parse the uploaded script itself and tag it as a 'scrap all' by noting a common 'signature'.

i would also introduce a posting delay for new users - ie: newly registered users (maybe a two day probation?) cannot upload more than 1 script per day, or every hour. this will reduce the spam quite a bit too.

i have a small observation. not to take away from your work (which has obviously helped a great number of people), but doesn't this script render the changes Jesse made at the site moot? if the scripts are hidden, there are fewer people to patrol the site and flag the more obvious scripts.

maybe a better idea would be to keep these scripts on the page, but mark the div/table with a red background/white text and provide a direct link to mark them as spam/vague. i would contribute some code, but i'm alergic to javascript :)
