Shift+D no longer seems to work. Any ideas?

Ok, finally found another one. They show up in the news feed and link to pages like this:

I see "social ads" are popping up. Please update when you get a chance.

Or not, I won't mind seeing the social ads for a few weeks. Gives me a chance to delete some of those annoying "friends."
