Well there's not going to be a Greasemonkey script that keeps you from disabling it, because you they'd all be just as easy. You could edit your windows Hosts file, but that's a blacklist, not a whitelist. If you're really having a problem wanting to disable it, you could grab the RSS feed, load it into your Reader, then resist looking at that.

You can use that, then just apply it to *, and exclude the pages you don't want blocked.
