Basicly i use googlereader and receive the RSS feed from shoutwire, i was wondering is it possible to make a script that automatically re-directs to the news item rather than taking me to shoutwire first.

For example, when i click a news item i get taken to a page like this (http://www.shoutwire.com/default.aspx?p=comment...)

and i have to click '« View full article »'

Is there a way to automate this?
