Never expected that you guys would like this script so much. However, i apologize that i m still not able to reply to all of you! I'm dealing one email at a time and its gonna take me ages to reply to all of you. I m working on an updated version of this script, hope to solve all of the current issues.

now you can enable/disable the custom logo by setting the 'customLogo' variable to true/false in the source of this script. Hope that helps.

I've updated the script. This solves the flash of vanilla gmail, however, the script no longer updates itself. well, that's a limitation.. :(
