Updated, to address Ahoier's comment. Works on all known NYUD.NET addresses now. |

Perhaps obvious, but why can't we just simply disable hot-linking for all scripts? Why do we need to directly link to the .js? Force people to link to the /scripts/show/ instead. I suppose update scripts may want to hot-link, but tell them to get their own hosting too. My main script, gets updates from a secondary server. The upside to a secondary server, is that script updates don't count towards my install count, only initial installs. Summary: We could always just check the HTTP_REFERER header and disallow blank entries such as bookmarklets likely have. |

Salvador, yes it would be possible to make for myspace, but I feel myspace already has plenty of color. This script was made for facebook long before they added the option for applications and it therefore lacked any real customization. If there is support for adding myspace support, I'll think about adding it in. If anyone is interested in a myspace version, send me a facebook message or leave a comment here.

I'm certain that the name suggestions are untouched. Feel free to message me with any other problems. |

Fri, April 13th:
It'll be up soon, or I'll swap to the entirely javascript solution. The purely javascript version has one less server call, but stalls the browser for a half second or so while the colors are calculated. Send me a message if you wish:

SpookyET: Very true, although this script also removes other hijacked short-cut keys. CTRL-F4 takes two hands or one strained hand. |

Grant: It should be working for you now. I updated it so that it will work with both the old search url format (/p.php?s&x=birthday&...) and the new (/s.php?k=10010&...). Not all of the facebook servers have been updated with the new format yet, so I also included code to read the old format. |
