I don't understand why these pushers aren't removed at the same time as those contributors - it is so obvious.
E.g. wristerl could not have re-uploaded the exe-offer so comfortable if he had been removed too. Now it has become a total of 10 accounts. That's a big potential threat. It would only take some minutes to totally flood the USO-front-page.

It kind of seems that my help is in vain and kind of rediculous to report pushers as I have to re-report them again and again until they become contributors themselves.

Sorry, but this really is frustrating.

Besides - thinking about Popular scripts

A new script can never be popular within minutes, so the rule that pushes scripts on the front page needs to be adjusted.

E.g. set a minimum time of a scripts initial upload-date to 1 month to approve for the front-page. It woudn't harm any existing script from being shown but make that fake-pushing ineffective and leave enough time to clear those scripts from the side without offending USOs visiting card or its top-most recommendation.
