The "Hello World" example contains spam. (But please DO keep the example, it's a nice starting script :-)

Sorry if off-topic: Wouldn't a "Report Script" button make this easier for you and the reporters?
(Reporting back should have a text box where the reason for reporting has to be stated.)

I don't know if it would class as spam, but people touting their scripts on the forums for no reason other than to get installs seems to me to be in the same ballpark (eg. http://userscripts.org/forums/1/topics/1990). I don't mind people asking for opinions on their scripts, but advertising them seems pointless.
