HELP needed

Hello @all,
yesterday a friend of mine joined USO. But now after 11 postings (he helps developing a script) in my own discuss area he is now blocked from posting any more.

Can you please tell me (maybe via pm) how the rule is? How many postings each day for how many days are allowed? When will a new member aprove to post freely.
I fear that e-mailing to Jake will take longer than this rule might last ;-)
