I tried your Share script for the first time today. I successfully registered a password, received an activation email, and can see my (empty) "My shared items" feed.

But when I try to share articles, I am repeatedly asked to "Please type in you share password" and nothing is shared. I am 99% sure I am entering my password correctly.

Are there any known login issues? Does the script still work with Reader?

Hi,

The plugin is indeed still working (or should!). I'm using it everyday as well as soe friends and we are able to share.
First of all: what browser are you using ? is it updated to the last version ?

I use Firefox 13 (Nightly) but I also tested Firefox 10 (Release). I disabled all my add-ons that usually cause these types of failures: AdBlock Plus, FlashBlock, Ghostery, HTTPS Everywhere, and NoScript.

Curiously, if I purposely enter an incorrect share password, the dialog says "Wrong password". If I enter my correct share password, the dialog returns to "Please type in you share password". This suggests that my password is being successfully verified by the server, but the local script is stuck in some loop reauthenticating or reposting.

Sorry for the late answer.

I just tested the plugin with Firefox 10.0.2 and 11.0 with success. Everything works as expected. ('m using a Mac)
Maybe try to update Firefox to the latest 11.0.
If you still have no luck, please email me the email address you registered with, so i can see if there is anything strange in the DB. (piremmanuel at gmail . com)
