This release is going to be about fixing the small bugs that still exist in the code. We want to get stability and have improved the bug tracker to finally nail some of the more annoying issues such as Message Scanning Fails.

Select White is also back.

Attire should now mass purchase correctly.

We are working towards localization of the of the language so we can support the Russian BTO - we weren't sure if we'd go down this route, but once we have this, gives us the ability to do the Vietnamese version too.

Also working on re-vamping the BeyondBTO.com website.

Bugs fixed:
Thanks for everyone running v58. We've been going thru the error logs and fixing the errors as we find them.
  • bbtodebug.-9061 : allowancesGiven[0] is undefined
  • bbtodebug.-7859 : BBTOGlobal.Routines.Secretary[t] is undefined
  • bbtodebug.-7325 : bjq("#bbto-AllToMansion").attr("MetalF", factory.o.Metal) is undefined
  • bbtodebug.-915 : E.NS_ERROR_FILE_CORRUPTED
  • bbtodebug.-9000 : E.TypeError - bjq("#UnionU").find("tr:eq(6)").find("td:eq(0)").html() is null

We also updated this main script - what we call the launcher to assist players who just can't get BTO running. Little improvements. We still want to figure out why we can't get it working in Chrome and Safari.

NotifyScan
This is by far the #1 issue we have. We think it might be caused by players having multiple Firefox tabs open - nothing else makes sense. We've adjusted the code which will be out in v59 that will at least return more meaningful messages.

E.NS_ERROR_FILE_CORRUPTED
This is a nasty error - means your Firefox install is pouched - we got this once when we had a hard crash. The only way to resolve this was to blow out are Local Storage file.

Here is the full error message from BBTO.

Set Value [E.NS_ERROR_FILE_CORRUPTED - Component returned failure code: 0x8052000b (NS_ERROR_FILE_CORRUPTED) [nsIDOMStorage.setItem]] = {Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:10.0.2) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/10.0.2

Version of Firefox is irrelevant - it can happen on any version.
