I have the same problems as you. Looks like youtube implemented some new features and buttons that are no longer compatible with the script. An update would be highly appreciated. |

Same thing here. Had to switch to Youtube HD Suite, but I liked the simplicity of this one. Please fix. |

Yeah, I loved this script, it was just simple .. none of the crazy extras that the Suite has. Just Zoom to wide, and select max rez :) |

Okay well I had a fiddle and have made a very messy hack to fix the script... As for making the video wide YouTube seems to sometimes remember if you use it shrunk or expanded now anyway (most likely cookie based). Tell me if I'm wrong! For the hacky fix for quality see:
