Here is a working solution.
Either you change line #109 to :

var str = document.getElementById(id).value.replace(/[０-９]/g, function(a) { return String.fromCharCode(a.charCodeAt(0)-("０".charCodeAt(0)-"0".charCodeAt(0))); });

It replaces fullwidth ０１２３４５６７８９ by halfwidth 0123456789 (it works).
Or alternatively you can use the fw2hw function from JASRAC work importer scrupt of mine (but it’s not specialised in numbers).
