Oh, and on some browsers, Gooogle has made it so that when you right click a search result link to copy the URL for a friend or something, it gives you the tracking link instead of the URL you want, for instance, just see where the link below takes you:

http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&ct=res&cd=2&url=...
