I am not using the timeline...I installed the new version 20120110, but its not working, the checks box and option both are not showing...

I cannot find the "see all" under friends.

Follow niknah's instructions. If you use the older version it will work. After it installs in GreaseMonkey just:
1) Click on your name which will take you to your profile.
2)Then once in your profile click on the actual # of friends, (@ the top of your friends list in the far left column).

The script randomly deleted lots of my friends from the list that I selected not to be deleted and also kept many friends that I actually intended to delete. Other than this issue, it still beats to delete ourselves manually. Thanks a lot.

Edit:
It also doesn't auto expand the friend list when it reaches the end of the page.

@anewbie, lol, I'd say that's a bug that makes it unusable.

@dreamcore, although there's a bug, it still beats to have to manually delete thousands of friends from Facebook. Therefore, even though it'll randomly delete friends that I'd like to keep, I'll take my risk to use the script now XD

I am trying to download facebookdeletes which I did successfully, but I cannot download the old version of facebook which is required to make it work. I click on the download but nothing shows up on my greasemonkey userscripts section. Anything you can think of to help me out? Do these work on mac os? Thanks

I am not using the timeline, and I installed the old version of the script from http://userscripts.org/scripts/version/43404/41... on Greasemonkey 0.9.18 on Firefox 12.0. It seems like the script pretty much works the way it should when I click "Highlight Only," but when I click the actual "Delete" button, it doesn't do much of anything. It only says that it deletes the first friend on the list, but when I reload the page, even that friend is still there. Any idea what the problem is?

I just downloaded the old version but don't think it's working. I see the tick boxes for about the first 30 people. Then the rest just scroll without the tick boxes. I do not see a highlight or delete button anywhere either. First time using it so not sure what it's really supposed to look like. But it sounds to me like it should put x amount of friends in a box. Rather I have just one long scrolling list.

Yeah - I am using the old version because I am not on timeline. I see nothing to click. I get the check boxes, but there is no Highlight button or delete button or anything. Argh...

I have the timeline version, and tried the script a month ago, it was working.
But now I only have the checkboxes left, were there any changes that made the script not working ?
