Highlight also when search result is opened in new tab

This script is great, thank you so much! When I click on a result in Google, the script works, and I'm happy. But when I open a result in a new tab, it doesn't work. Is there a way to change this? Now I have to first lock the search words on the Google results page, and open the Google results in new tabs after that. |

That may be the result of your browser settings. Since this script uses the page's own referrer property to track keywords, keyword highlighting may not function if your browser doesn't allow a page in a new tab to obtain this property in order to protect privacy. And since I don't think auto-tracking your search keywords in Google and highlighting them in any page browsed afterwards a solution, I won't make a change for your issue. Or you can try setting Google results to be open in a new page in Google's own Settings to see if it helps. |
