At the top menu bar where the name is(link to your profile page), when the cursor moves over the picture, there is a short delay and then the picture pop-ups. You have to place the cursor over the picture and then move away to close the pop-up. This is similar to the previous picture pop-up bug and only happens when you tick the delay option but only affects the profile picture on the menu bar.
