I opted to upgrade to timeline in order to please a friend of mine, well it's quite interesting and i think i like it but a small bug so far ...the cover picture shows as the background colour if you have the background colour changed in css customizer, sinliar to what use to happen before we got to disable photo theater. So far this is the only thing that i have noticed needs attention everything else works as per usual. Any advice please |

the timeline does not sit in center of the page with the option checked to stretch all pages to the width of the browser window. With that unchecked, the timeline is in center, but then the top bar is shoved to the right, hiding the home and logout links. |

@Blackwater, what CSS are you using? @Dink, I'll work on stretching all pages after the next stable release. I imagine that will take some time to get right. |

I am using the FFixer built in CSS editor and i have had my background colour changed for over 6 months now but it has always blocked out a square over peoples faces in tagged photo's...this i could work around by using the photo pop up to view each picture without the tag blocking out the faces. Now however with the new timeline format the background colour blocks out the cover photo in timeline and i cant work out a fix with 'inspect element'....The background colour blocks out entire photo's in facebook theatre mode so i wondered if this would be a clue to solving it...when i inspect element on the cover photo and deselect any off the #fbProfileCover .coverBorder elements e.g.(bottom,left,right,top) this will show the cover picture but no amount of altering this line of code actually fixes the issue, i thibk it just alters a default while the inspect element tool is open. Sorry for the long post...it would be great to view the new timeline cover picture while saving my eyesight with a different background colour and text sizes...i love the FFixer CSS customizer it is a great tool.....Thanks for the reply and Happy Christmas.. |
