Hi, first of all thank you for this great script.

Your script run on page starting with those;

http://*.youtube.com/watch?v=*
http://youtube.com/watch?v=*
http://youtube.com/watch?v=*&*
http://*.youtube.com/watch?v=*&*

it means the script not run on pages like this;
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_emb...

i changed the @include lines to this
// @include http://*.youtube.com/watch*
// @include http://youtube.com/watch*

but still doesnt work, when you click on the convert button it gives Error, its because the url must begin with "http://youtube.com/watch?v=*"

so i added a function that turn the url into this form : http://youtube.com/watch?v=*

example on this page;
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_emb...

the script see the url like this;
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j5-yKhDd64s

then the script gives no error and works perfectly.
