This script is great. When you add a button to collapse and expand the nav bar, please add a keyboard shortcut for this (I prefer 'w' like this other script: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/12197)

Implemented as requested. Download the latest version. Still no button yet, but Shift+W toggles the sidebar
