AntiGame for OGame version 2.3.1

We've been working on the Russian OGame board to at least fix AntiGame and make it work correctly in version 2.3.1 of OGame. A pity, that Tarja has dropped the development. We don't have time until the Origin board manages to find somebody to pick it up and then familiarize himself with the script and fix it, either. Our fixed version can be found here: http://board.ogame.ru/index.php?page=Attachment... The version number of the script hasn't been changed. Nobody is "developing" the script, either. Don't even dream of requesting new features. Our goal was to patch what was needed to make the script compatible with OGame version 2.3.1. Nothing more. Here is what has been fixed: 1) The various images from the game (e.g., the background of the flat shortcuts table on the second fleet dispatch page, the background of the additional buttons on the messages page, etc.) have been replaced with images embedded in the script. 2) The "basic production" of the planets has been fixed (the new 30/15 instead of the old 20/10). 3) The algorithm for determining the presence of Officers (most importantly, Geologist and Engineer) has been fixed. Now the production and the energy consumption of the next level mines is computed correctly. This fix is hard-coded to work for version 2.3.1 (or higher, hopefully) of OGame. If you are playing on a server that still has an older version, this won't work. It won't work even in version 2.3.0. 4) The script now expands correctly the fleets in the event list. This fix is hard-coded to work for versions 2.3.0 and higher of OGame. If your server still uses a lower version of the game, the fix will make this feature stop working. I don't think that there are still server running older versions and I was too lazy making the fix backwards compatible with the older versions. |

The problem in Opera is caused by Opera. It is not caused by OGame 2.3.0+. For now, there are no plans to fix it. As I said, don't even dream of new features. Whatever didn't work before OGame 2.3.0, won't work after our fixes, either. This is a Greasemonkey script, use it in Firefox. Or switch to an older version of Opera that wasn't so paranoid and didn't have this problem. I'll take a look at the phalanx problem. |

pietrasiak wrote: It works just fine. The number of recyclers necessary to recycle the fleet on the phalanx report is listed at the bottom of the tooltip that opens when you hover with the mouse over the triangular icon representing the fleet - the same tooltip that also lists the fleet contents. BTW, the Origin version has merged our fixes, so it is OK to use that one now. |
