When I open up the chat bar, the list of friends is blank. Anyone else have this problem or know a fix?

here is a smal fix, that will display the friends but, it will have display errors:

The only issue I have now is that when I refresh the chat bar it also refreshes the page that I am on as well.

yeah, it is blank..i'm guessing they haven't updated the script yet. in google chrome v13 it was working fine, but then again it's not in v14. hope they can eventually update the script

I can confirm that http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/114248 even works with firefox 8 beta as I write.

Alright, my last link doesn't work anymore, but.... http://www.sidebardisabler.net/ does. Unfortunately it is not a greasemonkey addon, but this is working with Firefox 8 Release, not sure about the beta as at now. If you're not using greasemonkey for anything else if you start to use this one, remember to disable it for improved performance. Cheers Guys.

Works with greasemonkey Firefox 8.0.1, but you killed me that I changed the red color above is not a problem because I am from CSKA SF (They are red)

I'm happy that my addon at www.sidebardisabler.net works for you :)

The reason I made a native extension and not a greasemonkey script is because of non-consistent functions like preference storage between browsers.. By doing a native extension for each browser everything works quite well ;)

Also, the reason that the userscript #114248 stopped working is because they stole my code and stopped updating it a month ago...
