Just a thought

any thought been put in for something like the optimization card? I know you've made it easier to unassign and reassign and all that just wondered if this had been though about |

yeah .. thought about it .. still trying to come up with the best way to organize employees. If we were to do it .. it would be .. 1) Unassign all employees (BTO has that Unassign button on Stores which we hide)
Now what we could also do is look at your highest revenue store and leave that one untouched. That way you do not need to change your Grand Awards store. This basically could be done at any significant hiring and each step could be set to perform or skip. So yes, we have thought about it. Also you could basically do it any time you want and be done it in about 5 minutes of just letting BBTO run. |

This would definitely be awesome! I would also add that if you don't have enough employees to keep all your stores open, you assign 1 of your worse employees to each store to keep it on. So for example, you assign your best emps to your level 6 shops, then halfway into your level 5s, you run out of employees. And say your worse employee is a green junior.. then just put 1 into each of the remaining level 5s so you can keep it open. I don't code though.. so I don't know how easy/hard that is. Just throwing it as a suggestion. |

yeah .. that definitely would need to be there. But a lot has changed in our thinking for this feature. The most valuable thing you can do for revenue is to load your best employees into the mansion. There are players with 800%+ bonus for mansion. Putting pinks and aces in your store is a waste if your mansion is not full. So basically who cares about 100% bonus on a store when that employee can give 5% to the company overall. The unbalancing of the mansion basically means that there is no reason to fill personnel positions unless your mansion is packed. We aren't in the same rush to implement this anymore. |

I'll admit, I'm like that. I focus on getting the best employees into my mansion (thus my other post actually). After that... I use the mass unassign, then I just go down the list, assigning my best employees to my best stores.. and then things to keep the store open. I don't actually do the promote stuff just cause it takes too long and makes a miniscule impact. |
