New Igoogle Theme

Hi Richard, In answer to your enquiry I am not removing my Super IGooole as it is STILL useful. OK so Google have AT LAST listened to its Users and allowed the sidebar to be hidden or expanded BUT you other settings No Header, No Footer, MiniSearch Etc. are still of value for Users in differing degrees. I like my Header theme Spring Scape so I keep it but others will want the extra space and forgo the Header. On my 16:9 LCD display the NEW IGoogle Theme now has a messy Footer. My themes main background is white with a foter a light green. The links at top of the Footer: "Add news, games and more to this page. About this theme)" fall EXACTLY 50/50 on the white green border causing it to look messy and hard to read. (I usually have footer off anyway, but I had a look) On the new IGoogle Theme HEADERI note the main search bar boxes have changed and have definitely moved to a more central position (Top to Bottom) and over to the left. This NEW positioning interferes badly with my changing (during the day) Spring Scape views and I am sure will affect MOST of the hundreds/thousands of themes out there in varying degrees Now a thought came to mind Richard :)
Whatever you decide Richard I wish to thank you for the wonderful speed of publication of previous almost immediate updates to overcome the previous ever re-emergence of the pesky Sidebar. Before I found you and Super IGoogle I had tried other options I found first and they never updated quickly, if at all. |

Thanks, guys, that's really nice. I'll try to get Super iGoogle back to its usual functionality this weekend. Then if it does well I'll try to add some new features (thanks for the suggestions!) |
