Pretty sure the next version will also hide the "Invite [sent mail recipient] to Gmail" portion of the sent mail confirmation (id=link_invite).

Done, also got rid of "Invite friends to Gmail" though I have some concerns about that one. Also now using version numbering. If this script ever gets to version 2.0, something has gone horribly wrong with the universe.
