It either is stuck on "Parsing..." (like http://www.gametrailers.com/video/e3-2011-konam... )[1] or throws an error (like here http://www.gametrailers.com/video/trailer-2-zoe... )[2]. No other script is active for the GT-sites, and of course I'm logged in.

GameTrailers.com - EZ Download 2.2.2
Greasemonkey 0.9.5
Fx 3.6.17

Error-messages: http://pastebin.com/UAtuidPC

Let me start by saying THANK YOU for taking the time to include version # of GT EZ Download, Greasemonkey and Firefox.

Does the script work on other video pages? Have you tried GT EZ Download 2.2.1 or lower? Have you restarted FF to see if its a cache issue? (Yes, had this happen) Is the error output via Firebug console?
2.2.0 - http://userscripts.org/scripts/version/46320/33...
2.2.1 - http://userscripts.org/scripts/version/46320/33...

Tested links in FF 3.6.17 [windows] (and 4.0.1 [osx]) with GM 0.9.5 and GT EZ Download 2.2.2, both work without error and load the files. Based on the error messages you received "greasemonkey.js", it may be a Greasemonkey issue. I would suggest uninstalling Greasemonkey, restarting FF, reinstalling Greasemonkey, restarting FF and see if it fixes the issue. (Yes, had this happen)

If something in here fixes your issue, please post back with what fixed it. If it doesn't, post back and we'll see if there is anything else to check.

I tried a new profile with only GM and the script installed, and it worked fine.
So I guess the problem really is with some incompatibility within my main-profile.
I will keep you posted when I found the cause of this.

Uh, ok, so...
I think I found what's breaking it for me: Having gametrailers.com whitelisted(!) in NoScript.
If I allow the site in NS, the script doesn't work anymore.
When I disable NS and restart the browser, the script isn't working either.

Thank you for this catch, guess I need to disable NS more often while testing XD. With NS disabled or whitelisting GT the script enters an infinite loop for some reason. Released v2.2.3 to catch the loop, stop it and display an error message. Looking into refactoring code for a fix.

EDIT
Release v2.2.4 disables XML requests and pulls data from the page as a quick fix for the infinite loop. You have also been added to the source code under Thanks for bug report.

Awesome. 2.2.4 works great.
Thank you for the fast fixing. :)

Oops, found another bug. ;)

2.2.4 doesn't work with http://www.gametrailers.com/video/top-ten-gt-co... when GT.com is allowed in NoScript.

Unable to reproduce issue. Tried allowing JS for GT as well as Global, menu always appeared with file links.

It works with GT allowed when I'm not logged in.
Logged in + GT allowed = error
Logged in + GT disallowed = works
Not logged in + GT allowed = works
Not logged in + GT disallowed = works

Confirmed. Didn't have an account, grabbed a friends to login. Looking into issue and work around.

Hi,

Works good on GTTV but, I can't get the actual GTTV episodes, Bonus Round and others.

Is there something I have missed as the popup shows itself on 2012 previews and others

Thanks cyb3rr4t

Unfortunately support for episodes of GTTV and BonusRound was dropped in v2.2.0 due to encrypted streams. This is mentioned in the features section. In the next minor update I'll correct the script description.
