BTW Sonny do you realize that every time you update one of your scripts, people who have favourited it get emailed? I'm getting spammed... good work on the script tho

Was not aware of that. Thanks for the info as I will check into it.

Edit:
Check your settings under the notification tab on userscripts.org to ensure no check box is checked.

But I want to be notified of updates... just not 5 times for the same version

The script has an alert notifier that will notify you of a new version.

I've unfavourited the script, seems to be the only workaround.

12 updates today alone, it has gotten old and irritating. I believe there is a testing sandbox on userscripts. I forget what it is called, but you can get messages from your beta testers there.

Unfavourited is a big deal when we set up our new stuff, you would be forgotten. Some scriptwriters are reponsible and only bother us for major needed updates.

I've unfavourited the script. Now you are forgotten by another fan. Improve it for yourself because your fans are deserting ship.

That’s fine for unfavoring the script. It was intended as a backup source for my use. If others find it useful, then they are more than welcome to use. You can simply rename it and not worry about any notices of updates.

This is the only way to prevent USO from emailing unless you do all notifications in your settings notifications. Since it would appear that you use IE you probably will need to do update checks manually anyways. You could email filter this scripts notification into a special subfolder that only checks on a certain interval in an advanced email client though.

This part currently wouldn't make any difference... just the favorite deselection... this is one of the reasons why I asked you to correct your metadata block last month because I noticed you have a lot of installs and a lot of edits (more than myself hehe :). Greasemonkeys usage of the Moz updater is pretty much silent by default.
