Issue opening circ box

I have this installed, and play multiple unis. In 3 of the 4 unis I play clicking the Icon opens up the circ box, but in one of them it does not. In the trouble uni, it shows the alliance page when I click it and lists my rank as "newcomer" even though it is not newcomer, and I have rights to send circs if I go the normal way. Now another person I know is having this issue as well, he installed the addon while he was not in an alliance, and now that he is, it will not display the circ box for him either. |

Exactly the same for me ... Novice rank appears when you dont have full admin rights...
