Conflict with new version of Reply to all and message manager

I installed new version of reply to all and it is conflicting with message manager..

the previous version to reply to all had a (A) is from allaince or (P) if from someone else and the letters are to small and when used with message manager they both try and show the first part of message..
I like to get the previous version of reply to all please..
