Would be great if there was an option to deactivate scrolling for the universe & time to next event in window/tab title. It’s very hard to read while scrolling...

It will be impossible to read without scrolling :). You'll only see something like 'Andromeda:' - 'cause the title bar is not wide enough.
But you can entirely turn off this feature with 'Scroll time to the next event in the window title' setting in the 'General' section of Antigame options.
