I use a lot "Flickr Functional Suite" to admin users of my Poll .

But it use Flag Colour hover Users Name , and your script mark non reciprocal in Red at the same place.
Like that i can't use the both together...

Maybe you can use a Red Border around Buddy icons :
Like that it'll usable on all pages where there are Buddy icons...
and i'll can use the both.

I see too it's not compatible with AutoPager and auto scrolling pages.

Work very fine....but the author don't work on it now.It shall be interesting to have a backup function and a way to use the system of "Contact Organizer" , an other great tool too work on our contacts ;-)
