I know this was brought up before but couldn't find it again.

Was this looked into to assign your council? Either auto from stats or from a set pattern the user sets. I'm not sure how often it changes but mine never stays set the way I want for too long. Maybe day to day, gonna have to check more often and see when CA changes it.

I've noticed this as well, and I think I've narrowed it down to whenever you get new equipment that the war council can use. It doesn't pick weapons, etc. for each individual war battle but keeps them the same for each one, unless you change your council... so my suspicion is that these 'council resets' are to keep any new stuff from collecting dust.

That's bizarre! I was wondering why I started loosing a lot lately, checked my war council - it had been changed to crap!

You're War Council is reset every 48 hours. There are quite a few posts about it on the forums. Here's one of the many with a moderator comment.

AFAIK the WC reset issue was solved one or two day before the end of arena.

Odd, mine always resets. I did read anther post saying it resets whenever you get a new general or one of your generals levels. Maybe that's it.

I've gotten 2 new generals, Tifanna & Medius, in the past week.
No change to my WC
