Tries to connect, then just says ready

I was a big fan of this script in the past; it really helped with some older PCs I had sitting around for guests; Now I've got an older laptop I'm playing with (1.2 GHz celeron) and I'd really like to get WMP working on Youtube again, but WMP simply refuses to play any video on Youtube. It'll try to connect, then it just says 'ready'. I can hit play 100 times and it still won't work. Is there a fix for this? |

Same problem. Thought I found a fix but nothing. Mainly wanted to try the Windows Media Player plugin to see if it takes any less resources than the vlc player plugin. Doubt it but still like having the option of two different media players for my youtube videos! Oh well at least I got the first one working. Hopefully someone figures out a way to fix this issue. I remember when trying this a while ago it worked fine in youtube now it doesn't. I don't think it is a script though. Something to do with Windows Media Player. Just not sure what. :( |
