It's very easy to change a URL from the sample resized image to the full image.

Example:
img2.gelbooru.com//samples/265/sample_beca43fa9630ffc8c543fb5e2c1efa24c31e18fc.jpg?268224

1. change first "samples" to "images"
2. remove "sample_"
3. remove all text from "?" and after

Result:
img2.gelbooru.com//images/265/beca43fa9630ffc8c543fb5e2c1efa24c31e18fc.jpg

Please add this, I myself cannot code (otherwise I'd add it myself!)
