memory leak?

I'm not sure if this is a leak in the script or a firefox oddity but I can reproduce it every time by: 1. Open only GReader with GReader Favicon Alerts enabled
I kept an eye on it for roughly 30 minutes with steady increases also left for about 12 hours and came back and firefox.exe was using almost 600 MB more then when I left. When firefox was focused again it recovered all but 130 MB of RAM. Disabling the script eliminated the issue. To avoid conflicts I disabled all extensions except for Greasemonkey 0.8.6 with only GReader Favicon Alerts installed. Tested all four versions of the script and all showed the same behavior. When firefox is left focused there isn't a steady increase only very little fluctuations of a few MB. |

Very strange. I'll test it out on my end and see if I could find the issue. Thanks for letting me know! |

I've tried this on several OSes with several versions of Firefox and have yet to duplicate the behavior. Are you still seeing this? Could you retest with Firefox 4? |
