GayRomeo changed their site design today (May, 11th 2010).

Now you have to add a user-added Web-Link to http://www.gayromeo.com/search/index.php?action... and add a code line in this user script:

visitorLinkDiv = item.parentNode;
link = link.replace(/\.\./,""); // <-->
visitorPageLink = location.protocol + "//" + location.host + link;
....

Updated the script.. should be working again now - without a user-defined link or manual code changes.
