Great idea!

I just tried it out at http://github.com/greasemonkey/greasemonkey/com... and only the first commit was unfolded though.

I haven't seen this issue myself, and that page is the only one I have tried on. Loading can be slow though, there are no progress indicators, and some (merge) commits list no files; did you encounter a few of those, perhaps? Hovering the commit message part should list how many files were touched by each commit after unfolding.

hmm it seems to work now.

I tried the old version too, maybe it was a slow or failed connection. I don't remember an error, and I don't remember waiting long. My bad I guess.

Have tried it on https://github.com/siteroller/moorte/commits/ma...
Tried decorating.
It brought Firefox to a crawl.
Also the constant refreshing of the bars looked pretty bad.

Thanks though, for a good idea.
