Is this script compatible with the latest version of JIRA (4.1)?

I have installed it into Firefox but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Yeah it does not support 4.1, the new interface in 4.1 added some of the features this script provided. It is unlikely I will be adding support for the new interface anytime soon.
