Hi,

Does it take into acount the size/level of the City Hall?
i belive that there is a link: hideout lvl - city hall lvl , that affects the chances to spy in a city.

the result depends on:
level of attacking hidout
level of defending hidout
number of defending spies
level of defending townhall
