Can this choose the lesser costing one as the best?

10 Plastic Surgeries cost 150,000,000
10 JD - Law Degree cost 450,000,000
Both have a 5% return per day

But it says:
Best: JD - Law Degree 5% return per day @ $45,000,000 each

Wouldn't it make more sense to buy the 10 PS 1st?
