Why MU is so slow?

It seems like it takes forever on a slow connection to send links to MU. I read the code and it dont look like it should take this long but its like minutes to send each link. And after that the page with the file transfer comes on. Sending 20 links takes like 10 minutes like each time a link is sent, the entire transfer page is downloaded and then the next link is sent. Not a problem with MB connections but it does show a lot of data getting transfered.. What would be great is to merge this script with the rapidshare remote upload helper and add in the MU->RS link converter part in it. That has all the other parts and some features like giving you RS links for you to copy etc and delete completed links, errored links banned links etc etc.. Not sure if this is even possible with MU. Sometimes the links dont show up in the account until much later. But it does show up on the transfer page. |
