Update due to Youtube changes. Couldn't get buffering to work, so changed it to an autoPlay option. Also drop support for oldPlayer and changeColor since new player skin is a huge improvement over all previous ones.

Forcing fmt=18 is no longer needed at all so removed it. Also a bit of code cleanup.

Several changes:

• No longer use Rev numbers. Instead use a date Rev.
• added the "forceFmt18" option, which for the first time gives the user the option to disable forcing a page reload when only the lowest-quality option is available.
• Improved the format detection logic based on the recent YouTube changes to available formats.

Also removed the "hideFormats" option, since Youtube got rid of the ugly red "HD/HQ" icon a while ago. The current format list is not visually distracting.

Optimized the detection logic for speed, and also enabled flexibility in the format list such that even if HD formats are disabled they'll still appear and can manually be selected. This is not the case if 480p is forced with a browser refresh, though.

Now fully works for the current YouTube layout (the recent YouTube change).

I also added the "oldPlayer" option, which will use the old YouTube player instead of the current one. I personally prefer the look of the older one, especially with a different color scheme using "changePlayerColor".

Decided to go with a new major rev for both clarity and my updates to accomodate YouTube's new 1080p HD format

• replaced the "useHD" option with "use1080p" and "use720p". Both HD formats are enabled by default.
• added the "hideFormats" option, which will remove the list of formats in the player's control bar. This is disabled by default.

Initial version uploaded to userscripts. I've had this script for a while and kept it in sync with the YouTube HD Ultimate script including the rev number. This is where that script became dormant.

Optional Features

• useHD - watch HD (1080p or 720p) if available
• wideVideo - automatically use YouTube's built-in wide video mode
• hideAnnotations - those annoying text bubbles people add to their vids
• hideWarnings - warning messages for vids flagged as inappropriate
• changePlayerColor - explained in the code (disabled by default)

• ensures at least 480p video (aka "HQ" or "fmt=18"), which is better than the default 360p not only for video but also audio quality
• removes all ads that appear during playback
• full support for playlists
