I just noticed a change in the graphics when you heal also. I'm not sure if it will effect the script.

Once placed, the bounty on XXXXXXXXXXXXXX will be posted to the Hitlist for any Mob Boss to fulfill. The Hitlist Contractors withhold 50% of the funding for their listing services; the other 50% paid to the Mob Boss that successfully kills the target.

The Hitlist Contractors are only able to guarantee the Bounty Cost for 30 seconds, and it costs 1 Stamina Point to complete.

cost same to list, payout is half!!?!?!?! WTF!?

also, seems the 30 second lock-in price is to stop people who are doing the auto-buy trick to prevent being listed. right?

Bounties cost 2x to list someone, but payout is 1/2 the list amount (or your original hitlist $$ amount)

histlisted myself and the amount shown was not twice my original value - just the same.

it is to stop the people buying every 5 seconds - smells like bullshit to me

although just checked my newsfeed and I was HL for double my normal bounty

maybe the devs are trying things out.

@TC007, it's here to stay. the DEVs can't admit mistakes, so they'll ride this one out. rigging same, listing another mob double, getting bounty kill same. MW sucking more and more. let's see the numbers in a month. Under 1M in 2 months guaranteed

So, can anyone tell me how the hitlist amount is calculated? I looked at it by "hitlisting" myself the other day and it appeared to be twice the old amount. Now, the amount is a little more than the old amount ... maybe 10%???

Is it a random amount? Someone hitlisted me and they were assassinated, and it said they lost one hitlist amount. (about 1.25% of my old bounty) Then they had to pay again to hitlist me. Is that a new feature? If you get assassinated you lose the hitlist fee you were about to pay?

read the mob wars discussion board, all laid out there. was double to list, now it's a function of level. if you are high & list a lower level, their bounty is double. payout might be the 10X city still.

Does this mean that I am now attacking higher level players than I used to?
Say I had my max hitlist set to $100 Billion figuring that was a level I could take attacking me back.
Now because the payout is lower, I am actually attacking people with a $200 Billion bounty but only $100 Billion payout - so I'm now attacking higher level players than I used to.
Is this correct? If so then everyone needs to decrease their max bounty.
If not, then please explain.

It used to be that the payout was consistently 85% of the bounty (or something close to that)
Is it really now 50%?

That's about what it means. But, when a higher level player hitlists a lower level player, I think it increases the bounty. I'm not really clear on how it works. Sounds like they're intentionally trying to mess with people who continually bounty hunt.
