Feature request - reintroduction widescreen

First let me say what a great script. Really makes youtube watchable on Linux. I have a small feature request though. A few releases back (of youtube I gather) there were button on top of the player that let you chose between small and large (wide) screen (without going fullscreen. On youtube's flash player they've now been moved to the player controls and they work for it. No such luck with the script based player though, that's now stuck in small screen. (Even if I previously played with the flash based player in wide screen, the screen estate is set aside but the script based player is still small, leaving an ugly black space to the right). So is there anyway to reintroduce the small/large feature for the script based players? I feel that the step between small and full-screen is too large and like having the option of going to something inbetween. I'm using totem as that's the only player that works satisfactorily for me if that helps. |

Done! let me know how it works, doesn't work with vlc though because it doesnt like resizing on the fly. It could but I am too lazy, it just needs to send the width and height in writePlayer(). |

Just tried it and it works perfectly with my setup (Firefox on Ubuntu with totem). Thank you very much and kudos! And they say you don't get support with free sw/oss... :-) |
