Packed into all that sourcecode is a code to load an external script. Whether you understand that or not, let me tell you what it means for anyone installing it:

This is an attempt to make cash by the creator by tricking you into thinking it is a script for something else.
He has posted a few scripts and ALL are filled with this crapware spam adserving code.
