Within the last two weeks or so it seems that the map no longer goes into full screen mode (I think because Weather Underground made some change to the site).

Weather Underground created a new, full-screen, interactive, weather map site at fullscreenweather.com.

It doesn't have (yet?) all of the bells and whistles of the Wundermap, but it's nice.
