Most Videos Won't Appear Until Changing Quality

Most videos won't appear at first. Instead, they leave an empty space where the video should be until you change to a different video quality. I don't know what it is about those videos that causes this problem. An example of a video with this problem: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbbJ8q_XTy8
